The seed of your wisdom is the key to opening any door for the knowledge and abundance from the great known. Many people have worked, they have manifested, now they are ready for the door to open to succeed using the power of what they have done. Much energy has been expended to realize this great success. You and earth are going through a transformation and you are beyond the egg stage.
It is now reality. Many people have given themselves a gentle reminder not to get caught in the chaos of the world where there is fear, greed and suffering from any common place. Many have opened their hearts to the things that give them joy and serenity. They have learned to leap over any barrier. They know there is an omen of change that ancients predicted. This energy simultaneously causes it to be the fate of past, present and future.
Many people are working to clean their soul. They have bathed in the waters of yelling and gone deep into the breath of life to clear energy. This replenishes their spirit, body and mind. Many are at the stage of clarity to their mental process, helping them organize the project that they are undertaking and assist in finding the next step.
Mind and body are connected through meditation. They intimately connect; this relationship of the mind to the body is powerful. Through meditation the mind creates a situation in which you see the body peaceful and beautiful. By creating peaceful feelings the mind is absorbed in these feelings. Meditation is a technique that you can use any time and place to quiet the mind and restore peace and harmony within. It enables you to remain in the present, remove regret for the past and anxiety for the future.
Meditation is used for many purposes, for calming and healing physical; emotional and mental stress to experience higher levels of consciousness and spirituality; and to achieve self realization. It is a valuable tool in becoming aware of your “Self” and exploring your same “Self”. It is important to take time out for yourself each day, for your own spirituality.
Meditation helps you to focus on your own spiritual awareness. Through meditation you will drop the physical concerns from the day and once again become aware that you are spiritual, you are divine and that your soul is an extension of God. These quite times are when you communicate between you and the universe. It is an important time for spiritual inner awareness and awakening into a higher level.
Color and form are the next issues to address in making these internal connections. Medical science recognizes two forms of communication which goes on internally in the body’s system, electromagnetic and electrochemical. Many Eastern philosophies say there is a third communication device, your chakra centers. Chakras are not a mystery they are simply the body’s energy vortices. Just as your circulatory system has a flow, so does these systems of chakras. The root or basic chakra is red and demotes high energy.
The blood in your circulatory system is red; these red cells provide needed energy for your body’s functions. The sacral charka is predominately orange, orange means change. When you see an orange sunrise or sunset this donates the change that earth is going through for that day. Combined, these two chakras form your chi. This chi is your center of balance and strength from which your power is derived. Your solar plexus, which is your connection to the universe, is yellow. Yellow indicates you are on the right path for yourself. The heart charka is green meaning a very healing color like the leaves and grass.
The throat charka is blue and it represents sending energy that is powerful and forceful. The power of your voice is important for the voice is a part of how you present yourself to others. Your brow Charka is indigo. This deep violet blue center is located in the center of your forehead just in front of your pineal gland. It is a pea shape gland often referred to as your third eye. Your crown chakra is the center of your spiritual connection, it is white.
Each of these colors have a reason and a meaning, they are an integral part of the communication process both internally and externally. You are like a color television. Your body has sending and receiving energy that constantly translates messages. These colors are your rainbow connection between you, earth and the universe.
Meditation for “Your Wisdom”
You are not just a physical being; you are multi-dimensional being, composed of a vital body, an emotional body, a mental body, and a spiritual body which is your innermost essence. The energy of these bodies becomes progressively subtler from physical to spiritual. Total healing requires restoring harmony to all of your bodies. This meditation is designed to cleanse and harmonize your various bodies through the healing energies of color. Through this energy you will be more aware of “your Wisdom.”
- Take a deep breath and as you exhale stretch your body.
- Visualize Pink and Blue colors inside your body, flowing from your toes to the top of your head
- Visualize a large ball of radiant Golden light from the universe, a few inches over your head. Visualize that ball of light slowly descending through your crown, filling your entire being with the golden light.
- Visualize yourself absorbing that Golden light as it nourishes, cleanses and heals your whole being – your Spirit and all of your bodies – dissolving all blocked and toxic energies.
- Repeat this exercise, visualizing a ball of Red light. Continue through the entire spectrum like this, visualizing a ball of Orange light; Yellow light; Green light; Blue light; Indigo light; and Violet light. Go through the spectrum at whatever pace feels appropriate.
- Take some time to visualize yourself in a state of perfect, radiant health.
- Say to yourself “I am healthy, wealthy and wise. I am aware of my great wisdom surfacing with great love.
This meditation will help you move into the energy of great joy. Have fun with what you feel and see and you will see the process of great success for your endeavors.
