
To feel healthy and live a Happy Life it is essential to meditate. It will help you to eliminate negative thoughts, worries, anxiety, all factors that can prevent you from being or feeling happy. It has been shown that the practice of meditation, carried out on a regular basis, will mitigate the symptoms of stress, anxiety and brain chatter.
As you increase your meditation practice, there is an amplified alignment of the physical and all the subtle bodies with the untainted vibration of the cosmic prana. Prana has many levels from the physical breath to the energy of consciousness itself. Prana is not only the basic life-force; it is the original creative power. It is the master form of all energy working at every level of your being. The entire universe is a manifestation of prana.
Meditation is the Divine digestive system of the cosmic prana. The clearer channel you become for the cosmic energy, the more continuous flow you have. This brings you into a continual Oneness with the universal life force and therefore Oneness with your own Divinity. The closer you become resonant with that energy, the more you simply become that Divine Energy. This increases pure prana and aligns the Self’s so perfectly that you become aligned with the cosmic energy, down to your very RNA-DNA structure. The spiral structure of the RNA-DNA double helix reflects the spiral- vortical pattern of the cosmic prana. As Cosmic Consciousness penetrates to your atomic and molecular structure, you cannot help but feel the ecstasy of this unity of the ultimate macrocosm of pure prana with the ultimate microcosm of your molecular structure. One feels totally harmonious on every level of your Being. It is a total mind-body-spirit ecstasy vibrating in every atom of your Being with every other atom in the universe.

The outside influences of everyday life will create your chaos. You must be still and know every day is new to overcome the lack of understanding the outside world. No one can do your work; you have to do your own contributions of God’s creative work. Look at yourself as God’s co-worker and do your job to the best of your ability. As you think and work from the love of your heart then the images you see and think will create a harmony of love for yourself, earth and the Universe. It is truly in all hearts and yes you are the beholder. When you learn through meditation your electromagnetic body will take another physical consciousness, a beam of higher light.
Meditation To Assist You:
- Close your eyes
- Take a deep breath and exhale it out slowly
- Take another deep breath and as you exhale feel the beating of your heart.
- Visualize Pink and Blue flowing inside your body from your toes to the top of your head.
- You are relaxing your body and mind to focus on awareness.
- Awareness of attuning your body to relax and your mind has no thoughts or judgements.
- Feel your body and mind relaxed, feel the vibration in your heart.
- Flow your love out into the universe. Your colors and heart will connect with the universal vibrations of colors and love.
- As your heart beats you feel the universal love colors beating within your heart and though out your entire body.
- Flow Pink and Blue, your balance colors through your heart and out into the universe.
- Your experiencing a beautiful relaxing feeling and you will sense this throughout your life.
