Earth is living in the dawn of a new beginning. Everything is changing including the traditional religious and spiritual ways. This movement is causing religion and spiritual to be in decline and new ways are replacing them. It is best to learn how to approach this new beginning, and how to increase your love, freedom, inner peace, fellowship, goodness and sacredness. The best source of learning is through the practice of meditation. It has been scientifically proven through regular meditation the deep rest builds up in the body over time, and it will deepen a reservoir of rest that reduces stress and results in the many benefits of your meditation.
Meditation has been practiced in India for thousands of years for people knew that it reduces stress, calms the mind and increases inner peace. In the 70s medical researchers at Harvard University began studying a form of meditation from India called Transcendental Meditation. They found that during the practice of meditation the body has what they call the relaxation response, which gives the body deep rest that is deeper than the rest from sleeping.
You are truly living two lives: you live life in your thoughts, and you live life as you experience in the present moment. Freedom comes as your life in thoughts diminishes and you experience the present moment. Freedom comes through learning how to balance thoughts with your present moment and fully appreciate the moments of the day.
Scientifically, stress accounts for illness and doctor visits. Therefore, structured on their studies, Harvard researchers developed a form of meditation that easily elicits the relaxation response and started teaching meditation to doctors through Harvard Medical School. Their research shows meditation can lower blood pressure, cholesterol and the risk of heart disease and stroke, can help relieve stress, depression, insomnia, sleeplessness, anxiety and worry. It can increase productivity, learning, happiness, well-being and inner peace. And people report having more mindfulness and deeper wholeness from their meditation.
It also has been scientifically proven that prayer and meditation will change your brain, improve your mental and psychical health. Studies show that prayer and meditation enlarge the brain’s temporoparietal junction and shrinks the amygdala, connected with anxiety, stress and depression.
You learn to meditate by meditating. The silence and stillness you experience in meditation will increase happiness and diminished stress you experience throughout your daily like. Meditations are so attractive and welcomed that you naturally teach yourself how to go deeper into that silence and stillness each time you meditate.
Have you ever questioned Who Am I? You often get caught up in your life of material creating you do forget who you truly are. You often think of yourself in direct relationship to your home, your car, cloths, partners or even your job. You are stardust that somehow came alive, and whatever made that happen remains a mystery. Inner Peace is about knowing who you are, where you came from and how you got here. To know whatever created your life, your mind wants your beliefs to be certain and true and that can separate you from others. Your heart wants your beliefs to bring you closer to others and increase your love. Consequently, you are forced to choose between love and the certainty of your belief. You can resolve this battle through meditations.
Meditation offers many benefits, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. It is your ultimate spiritual nutrition. Meditation is the food for the movement of energy needed to become a superconductor for the Divine Order and Universal Love Energy. Its enthralling that there has been research showing prayer and meditation benefits you emotionally and physically too.
Color has a strong influence with your meditations, after all everything is in color including inside your body. This meditation is easy and will assist your daily life.
Meditation To Assist You:
- Take a deep breath through your nose and exhale out your mouth.
- Beginning with the first Chakra, visualize it as a red wheel or flower rotating clockwise at the base of your spine. That power of thought creates a flow of energy that begins rising in your body.
- Continue visualizing each Chakra, one at a time, rotating and rising the spine.
- 2nd charka visualize orange flowing clockwise
- 3rd Yellow flow clockwise at your solar plexus
- 4th Green flowing clockwise your heart area
- 5th Blue flowing clockwise at your throat area
- 6th Indigo flowing clockwise at your third eye
- Flow clockwise, Golden around your forehead and White flowing out top of head.
- The last Chakra is at the crown of the head and will release a white light.
- Take a deep breath through your nose and exhale slowly out your mouth.
- Now you have your colors inside your body flowing clockwise, you will feel peace.
- Say to yourself, “I am Healthy, Wealthy, Happy and Wise. I feel my Freedom and I feel my peace of mind.
