In the Universe’s dimension, negative energy is lower vibration because it is denser and heavier. Positive energy is higher vibration because it is finer and lighter.

Harmony is born with love and wisdom. Therefore, this energy is an offspring of your pure and outreaching heart. A pure heart is the results of pure thoughts. Your mental purity comes from a selective process by which the mind sorts good thoughts from bad.
Universal Love is a creation that is a part of your higher personal love. This great love power converts Earth and everything on it to be a happy planet. It can burn away hate or greed and replant it with peace and beauty. This great power becomes stronger when you build a fire in your heart with passion. This internal fire motivates and energizes while connecting with Universal Love frequency that supports all your endeavors.
This beautiful passionate fire is not something that is static or even stays the same. A fire either spreads or it burns out. You need to work it, stoke it and build it. How you ignite your passion and keep it burning is through daily meditation.
It is important not to take your passionate spiritual fire for granted. What happened yesterday or last month or last year will not keep your fire going today. Your mind is nature’s incinerator wherein you can burn to ashes all mental thoughts that are not worthy to be saved. The inharmonious diversity that beckons to them outside is a mere shadow play of the real treasures they have inside. All the answers to any questions they may have are all within their souls. It’s time to silent any mental restlessness and turn your mind within.
Harmonize your thoughts and desires with all the fulfilling realities you already posses in your soul. Then you will see the underlying harmony in your life and on Earth. When you harmonize your hopes and expectations with this inherent harmony you will float through life on buoyant wings of peace. Keep feelings and thoughts of thankfulness in everything you experience daily. Have thoughts of love for all your enemies as well as your friends.
The Universal Love Energy is filled with Guides and Masters who send subtle messages to you from the Universe’s pure loving energy to assist you at all times. You need not have a rational system of interpretation for understanding these messages. It is like a web that connects each of you with everything that is with the heavens and earth.

- Close your eyes and take a deep breath then exhale slowly.
- Visualize Pink and Blue flowing from your feet to the top of your head.
- Take another deep breath and while exhaling stretch your body slowly.
- Visualize the colors Red, Orange, Yellow, Emerald Green, Blue, Indigo, Gold and White flowing inside your body.
- Visualize your heart vibrating these colors in and out while connecting with the Universe.
- You heart beat flows and creates a strong vibration with the great Universal Love Energy.
- Your body is now connected with the Universal Love energy.
- Envision you are in the Universe sitting in a big golden chair.
- This chair is your special love chair in the Universe that is filled with love and light.
- Watching the colors of the Universe flowing in and out, around you, through you and out into the never ending Universe.
- You are now consumed by Universal Love. Enjoy.
