The name Sanat Kumara in Sanskrit means “Always a Youth.” Master Sanat Kumara is an Ascended Master known as the Ancient of days and the Youth of endless times. He holds the light for earth to become a planet of souls connected to the God Source through the Christ White Light Consciousness. 

A Message from the Master
“There are theories which attempt to explain the origin of earth and life. The oldest theory suggests life was created by a Supreme Being or spiritual force. Most religions have their own explanation of creation that is passed down from generation to generation. Since it cannot be proven or disproved it is left to each individual to decide. The second theory suggests that life began in another part of the universe and arrived on earth, like a crash of a comet or meteor. The third and most common in the scientific community is that life began approximately 3.5 billon years ago as the result of a complex sequence of chemical reactions that took place spontaneously in earth’s atmosphere. In the 1950’s two biochemists conducted an experiment that showed that certain molecules of life (Amino Acids) could form spontaneously when the conditions of earth’s early atmosphere were recreated in the lab. It is assumed that over time, these molecules interacted with one another eventually leading to the earliest forms of life. 

There is a new pulse flowing from the galaxy center. This energy is causing cosmic events, with proper planetary alignments, to open an entrance to a higher consciousness. The increased solar emissions are absorbed by earth causing severe weather; an increase in hurricanes, tornadoes, heat and pressure through induction, which is released later increasing earthquake and volcanic activity. Earth has and is going through severe changes through this transition. The coasts, major fault lines, low elevations along rivers, earthquakes, volcanoes, and major weather changes will be on going. Since earth is going through this process everything will change, it is Earth’s natural way to clean. 

Earth’s electromagnetic field frequencies have increased. This new energy may cause you to feel exhausted, fatigued, lethargic, joint aches, you may feel you have to drag yourself out of bed in the mornings, or you may want to just be left alone. This new frequency is like a bomb exploding in the middle of your world sending everything in different directions. The intense and fast moving arrival of this new energy can create old feelings to be unpleasant or intolerable. It is important to release and let go any old patterns that no longer fit into your life. It is important to move on with your life in this new flow. 

The new energy may make you feel strange, out of focus, or things are not quite in the correct order or place. You must stay focused and be aware of the reality created by this new energy. This new vibration is to be lived in your now, it will help you to integrate this newness to a higher consciousness. It is like you are traveling to a new land and absorbing a new culture to live in. 

You must adjust and integrate it into your being. You are like a computer, rebooting yourself for new experiences, at a new level. Take time to pamper yourself and rest more. When you allow yourself this self-indulgence without guilt, you will be supporting yourself this ascension process. The universe will respond meeting your needs with love and light. 

This rest and integration period is needed, before long things will rapidly move forward again. The next time you will be in a much more pivotal space for this new change; you will be ready to create another new reality. However much the heart may dislike their memory, the mind will one day not regret those long interludes of grief which came as unconscious tutors to teach one to walk wisely among people. “

1. Take a deep breath and let it out slowly
2. Visualize your chakra colors red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, gold and white flowing inside your body.
3. Visualize your rays of colors connecting with your Christ White Light. 
4. See your Christ White Light connecting with the Universal Love tunnel.
5. This beautiful connection is your connection with your heart and the Universe. Relax and enjoy this great energy.
6. Take a deep breath and let it out slowly.
7. See the Universal tunnel connecting with you; flowing your energy back into the universe.
8. When you have finished, visualize a gold shield over the top of your head.
9. Look at your unconscious self.

The creative meditation work you do comes from the heart of both spiritual and physical universes. This meditation will flow your light energy through out earth making you and the planet lighter. There is a great spiritual activity in outer space, penetrating the mists of Earth by Universal Love and Light. All you have to do is learn to be receptive to these radiations’ from the Universe.
