“It was a cold windy fall night at the Hopi Reservations in Mesa, Arizona. We sat hovered around a little coal stove listening to some Hopi stories about energy and artwork. Listening to the howling wind and these stories caused a feeling to stir in my heart. It was amazing to hear how the sky is the canvas for clouds to make formation of artwork and all we have to do is take the time to look. Sitting on the edge of my chair, I was told:

“The Great Spirit works with the Universe creating magical artwork as in reproduction, scenery, sun, moon or sound. Nature bears many mysteries; the greatest of these is Life. There is a Natural law and when you commune with her, she will tell you; live with her and she will show you; be kind to her, and she will give you her bountiful riches. The sun is the manifested motive of action, a positive force. We all know the feeling of cheerfulness and well being which sunlight brings us. Just as the sun floods the system with light and heat it also perpetuates your energy out into another realm. Day and night represent the positive and negative modes.

Everything within its own organism holds a positive and negative frequency and these energies radiate on all levels, manifesting in the spiritual, physical, emotional, mental realms. Some of the physical atoms immensely increase their activity, making them animated and glowing. Doing your artwork will cause oscillation of the atom as a whole. The atom comes not from without but from within. The atom is itself nothing but the manifestation of a force that comes from within, which is brought out in your artwork.

Be of heart and your work will show love. Within the heart is a flame, which is your altar, and upon the altar lies a closed book. That book is the symbol of an UN-awakened soul. As the flame mounts higher and becomes brighter, the book is opened, to be consumed by the flame, meaning that the illuminated soul becomes the Light of the World. The souls who take great joy in their work will repeat the harvest of spiritual wealth.”

The following is a drawing of what our energy creates as the artwork is being done. The atoms from our body connect with the universe to create a large atom.

Nature creates her own art pieces, as does your physical body. Each charka has its colors, which help to radiate energy. Your energy within will constantly flow and swirl until it vibrates outward, manifested in the completion of your own art piece.

MEDITATIONS

Meditations will create an energy pattern flows through your body and out into the Universe. There are different ways to meditate: lying down, in the shower, walking, at work, or while creating artwork.

Lying Down Meditation:

1. Stretch your body, relax and take three deep breaths.
2. Visualize Pink and Blue inside the body from your toes to the top of your head.
3. Pink and Blue are balancing colors to start the process.
4. Starting at the base of the spine, picture Red rotating clock wise, right to left.
5. The stomach area, see Orange.
6. Solar plexus Yellow.
7. Heart area, Green.
8. Throat area, Blue.
9. Third eye, Indigo.
10. Around the forehead. Gold.
11. At the top of your head, see White flowing out.
12. Relax and allow your body to flow these colors.
13. See and feel that energy while projecting thoughts of what you desire.

When completed bring the colors back through the top of your head and seal it with Gold. The Gold will be a shield to keep your colors inside and protect you from any unwanted outside energy.

Walking Meditation:

1. Before your walk stand firmly and stretch your hands up high.
2. Take three deep breaths.
3. Picture Pink and Blue flowing inside from your toes to the top of your head.
4. Encircle your outer body with the colors Forest Green, Yellow, and Purple
5. During your walk pay attention to nature and the sounds.
6. Allow yourself to feel nature’s energy.
7. This energy will unfold a magic energy and energize you.

At Work Meditation:

1. Take Three deep breaths and stretch your arms out.
2. Picture Pink and Blue flowing inside from your toes to the top of your head.
3. Flow any colors you desire inside and out your body.
4. SKeep flowing the colors until you feel your body relaxing.

Artwork Meditation:

1. After gathering your tools stand and put your hands up high stretching the body.
2. Picture Pink and Blue flowing inside from your toes to the top of your head.
3. Encircle your outer body with Rainbow colors.
4. See you rainbow colors flowing from your heart.
5. Picture the Rainbow colors from your heart going into your artwork

Creative work is an emotional action getting into the wholeness of Oneness. This knowledge has the power to energize the God within and to ignite the great “self” power. This Love power creates and recreates all matter throughout you and the Universe. Your love emotions are the fuel for your body because they are a part of your heart’s natural flow. It is when you cut off your emotions that the heart’s natural desire is circumvented.

In the vast Universe there is music, with harmony far sweeter than any human ear has heard; these are celestial voices, songs of Super humanity, whose pleasure it is to give of love and peace to all creation from their spiritual Light.
